Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently. Here's how.

Step 1: Contact Support

Email [email protected] with your account username, the hand or transaction ID, and a description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours and resolve most disputes within 5 business days.

2️⃣

Step 2: Escalate to Management

If unsatisfied with the initial response, email [email protected] to escalate to senior management. We will issue a final decision within 14 days. All hand logs and RNG data are preserved for review.

3️⃣

Step 3: Independent ADR

If the dispute remains unresolved, you may refer it to eCOGRA (ecogra.org) as our approved Alternative Dispute Resolution provider, free of charge. Their decision is binding on Barrel Poker Ltd.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association. Class actions and jury trials are waived except where prohibited by law. Small-claims-court actions are excluded from arbitration.
